On November 25th, two Italian organizations got together to learn about end enjoy sampling grappa. This was the first time Sons of Italy and Fogolar Association joined forces for an event, but it should not be the last. There was a good turnout at La Boutique del Vino for the evening that started with Mo Razik, of Fenton's Wine Merchants, explaining how grappa is made, its history and types. Then on to the tastings and of course some food as well.
