RAW:almond is a pop-up restaurant on the ice, where some of the top chefs of Winnipeg celebrate our wonderful winter by creating a culinary feast. Each night a guest chef is paired with chef Mandel Hitzer (of Deer + Almond); on this evening, the last, our guest chef was from Calgary.
